Great quality and customer service. I will caution anyone living in Colorado or Utah that these are **NOT** compatible with high altitude and will **NOT** float when filled with helium. We learned this the hard way when we went to get our balloons filled up for our son's first birthday and the lady helping us informed us that because of the low air pressure above 5500 feet, the buoyant effect of the helium is decreased and that you need special balloons. We ended up having to use the cheap balloons at the store after failed attempts to fill these :(
