The Shipping Time: (US orders) Standard shipping will take approx. 3-5 days. Priority shipping takes approx. 2-3 days.

(International orders) Shipping may take 2 to 5 or more weeks depending on many factors.
- Some countries charge a duty fee/ taxes on imports. Please know your countries policies prior to purchase.

Due to the force involved in the hand stamping process I can not add text to the back of most charms as it will leave small bumps on the front and distort the front design. There are some exceptions with a few sterling silver charms. Please contact me prior to purchasing to discuss.

- Your order will be personalized exactly as you type it. (ie. uppercase, lowercase, spelling, etc)

I will only contact you if I have any questions about the personalization. If you don't hear from me then everything looks great!

- If you are unsure of the length you would like simply measure the length of a chain you wear most often or use a piece of string and a ruler to find the correct length.

-If you are ordering as a gift for someone please consider 18" or 20" length as 16" may be too short.

Material: Most necklaces can be made in Sterling Silver or 14k gold Fill. Please contact me for pricing.
