Sizing details
The actual size of masks can vary depending on the texture and flexibility of each fabric used. Since the outlines of masks are made with stretchy fabric bands, the dimensions of masks can seem different at first glance. But if you fully stretch out the mask to all four corners, the dimension of actual fabric used would be very close to the exact same size.
Care instructions
Please hand wash and air-dry all face masks. Organic fabrics do not go well with machines and excessive heat. Plus, these are small pieces of fabric and can easily get tangled around by large laundries like jeans and bath towels. Moreover, I believe nobody would want their face masks to get mixed with random remains from socks, underwear, and etc that are normally found in washing machines.
Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy
We are NOT able to accept returns and exchanges due to safety issues.
(Please be careful with the size/design you select. FYI, due to the texture and stretchiness of each fabric, some masks may seem a bit smaller or bigger than others)
Cancellation is possible ONLY before the shipping label is issued,
but 5% will be automatically deducted as a Refund Fee by the Payment Service Provider.
International Transaction Fee?
I'm an expatriate from South Korea and my financial details on Etsy/Paypal are also directing to Asia.
Therefore, there could be an international transaction fee (approx. 30~50cents) additionally charged to your credit card.
