Yes. We have a dedicated team of graphic designers who are here to clean up, crop, color correct, and polish your designs so that they look picture perfect. Have a half formed idea for a design? Let us know and we will be thrilled to help you make it a reality (we please ask that you limit your requests to three revisions).

We ship using USPS or UPS depending on the quantity and weight of your order.

You will receive a shipping notification once we print out your shipping label, although just because the shipping label has printed, it does not mean the package has necessarily shipped yet. Please check the listing you ordered from for the estimated time it takes an item to be shipped and delivered.

We are not responsible for unexpected delays once we have handed the order off to the shipping company.

If you will be purchasing any items that require images, please upload your image in jpeg, png, or pdf format, you can do this by clicking the square upload button in the chat box. Please also include the order number included with your confirmation email (order numbers start with #22XXXXXXXX or #23XXXXXXXX, not #27XXXXXXXX). If you will only be submitting Images and no text please feel free to just write, "sending images through messenger" and as long as you use the same account to send the graphics they will link together.

For magic mugs and custom mugs you can add one image on each side (front, middle, center) If you wanted more than 3 images we ask that you create the collage for us and send it to us

Yes, We do offer digital mockups upon request. If no mockup is requested our designers will go ahead with what is written in the personalization section or mentioned in the chat.

Our mockups are only approximations and not an exact replica of what will be produced, text/logo size and color may vary slightly from mockup when compared to the actual print

Yes! We provide high quality items and each item is hand printed. We pay attention to details and you can count on getting a great product.

Note: Hand printed means that items are hand made, printed, placed and decorated. There will be imperfections but that is the beauty of it. If you are needing engineering precise items, then we are unable to service that.
