If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please request a cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase. Once your shipping label has been printed your order has begun being made and cannot be cancelled.

Orders are each custom made so you get 60% back. Shipping fee's are not returnable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping.
Exchange any product with another product of equal or more value if the same chain can be re-used, if the item is returned within 7 business days of the arrival date and in the same condition: new, unworn, not damage. You must contact us about any issues or exchange requests within 3 days of package arrival. ALL SALE items are FINAL sale and not returnable although some exchanges can be made on a case by case basis. Please email me if you need to exchange a SALE item.

We will use your ETSY address unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for incorrect address input. All U.S. shipments are sent USPS First Class Mail with tracking number. I am not responsible for packages once they leave my studio and are left to USPS. If you would like add insurance on your order please do so during checkout. If your order does become lost in the shipping process, it will be your responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL orders are sent with USPS First Class mail with tracking, some countries do not offer tracking. You are responsible for any custom or additional tariffs. International orders are taking 2-3 weeks for delivery but can take longer depending on customs in your country.

Please treat your jewelry with care. Do not swim, shower or get any of the jewelry wet! Store the items in a cool, dry place such as a jewelry box/bag that was provided.
With time and use moisture and oils will build up on your jewelry. You can wipe off this tarnish with a jewelry cloth or jewelry cleanser specific to your metal (gold fill, sterling silver, etc.)

If your item does break I am more then happy to fix it.
I can provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to mail it back and you will be responsible for shipping costs and a nominal charge depending on the repair.

All jewelry is handmade. Please do not expect it to be perfect. Crystals are all made by nature so there will be natural imperfections. Our jewelry is not made to be perfect nor is intended to look like a machine made product. If you are expecting a perfect item (ex. Quartz crystals that are crystal clear) please do not order. Many designs are made with raw stones which will have natural cracks, inclusions and each piece will vary.
I photograph our jewelry in natural lighting to best show the colors however colors may vary slightly from computer screen to computer screen.
