Care instructions
All my jewelry is handmade and delicate. Please handle with care, wear them often, and store them away properly; keep your jewels away from water, soap and chemicals as much as possible. When storing your jewelry please make sure it is not wet. Water damages the plating faster on plated items.
Please be aware that due to the delicate nature of gemstones all jewelry pieces should be handled with care. Make sure the gemstones are not hit or the items dropped in order to prevent cracking of the stones.
Custom and personalised orders
We gladly accept custom and personalized orders. Please note that for custom and personalized orders there is no exchange or refund unless found defective and the fault is on my part. Please contact me as soon as you get the item and provide pictures with the damage being showed.

Sizing details
All sizing informations are carefully detailed in every product descriptions. If you know the exact size your item needs to be please add it in Notes to Seller at checkout( bracelets and rings)
When ordering bracelets: for very tiny wrists and wrists over 8 inches please add a note at checkout or message me and let me now, so that I can adjust it accordingly.
ONLY OUR 925 STERLING SILVER BANGLE BRACELETS ARE FULLY ADJUSTABLE! They fit wrist between 6" - 9".
The plated bangles are NOT adjustable so you will need to order by size.

Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I do everything humanly possible to make sure you are very satisfied with your purchase.
Exchanges approved on a case by case basis. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and have the return stamp at your local postal office within 7 days from delivery date. Only items in original condition and package, mailed with tracking number will qualify for exchange.

* there is a 20% restocking fee for all returns for refund, no exception *
Cancelation of orders - within 12 hours .
There is a 75% fee for all returns due to refusal of payment of custom duties outside N America.
Processing Times
All products that we have in stock are ready to ship within 1 or 2 days. Made to order items and custom/personalized orders are shipped within 1-3 days, if you need the item by a certain date please message me and I we will work together to accommodate your request.
When will my order arive
Shipments to Germany have been held into customs in Germany lately for 3- 6 weeks!
Standard orders to US ship from Blaine,WA - first mail USPS (usually 3-5 days with the exception of very busy times like the holidays or extreme road conditions due to extreme weather)
For regular tracked mail with insurance in Canada please allow 4 to 10 business days.
Most international orders shipped Asendia with tracking number and insurance please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery buy can sometimes take up to 8 weeks if your item is held in customs. If needed sooner you can contact me for express shipping options.
I cannot estimate and I am not responsible for custom delays and fees that may occur when the purchased item is entering your country.
Shipping
I ship to your address shown on your Etsy order. When placing your order please make sure it is the correct address you want your order shipped to, as I cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided.
Standard shipping is USPS First Class mail to US and International and expedited parcel - Canada Post within Canada.
Items damaged during shipping are not our responsibility but each item ( within Canada and US) is shipped with insurance, please contact me if the items shows Not Delivered and I will file a claim. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is our of our hands.
Repairs
If anything happens with your jewelry please contact me.
I offer free repairs for 20 days after shipping date.
After those 20 days you can purchase repair services.
Shipping fees for in/out of repairs are responsibility of the buyer.
Always remember to treat gemstones with care: no hitting the stones or dropping them in order to prevent the jewelry form getting damaged. All stones listed as raw are in natural form( no stabilizing with glue) so some are more fragile than others - for example black tourmaline.
