Great product that performs beyond expectations in regards to power for a battery operated washer. I would advise additional battery if washing more than one vehicle of longer than 20 minutes. The foam reproduction nozzle is a little disappointing, more of a soapy lather than foam. The bucket is larger than I imagined but ideal for fewer refill trips. I still recommend this product as it works well and feels good quality.

Q : I cannot screw the hose to the pressure washer it's as if the thread won't align am I doing something wrong as it should just screw on
A : Hi there, apologies for the delay in getting back to you - we start to get a large volume of customer queries coming through to the website around this time of year. I'm not aware of any common issue that affects the connector and would assume it should go on without too much issue unless there is damage or a manufacturing fault, or some kind of foreign object is impeding the connection. If all the connections are clean and undamaged you might have to get it looked at under warranty to see if anything needs replacing.
Q : if I order this greenworks washer on line are you still delivering, I live in devon
A : Hi Jason, yes we are still delivering although many items are subject to delays at the moment - if you select what version you require from the green drop down menu it will show you stock information and a rough ETA underneath the price
Q : can the wand attach to any foam cannons?
A : There is certainly a foam canister available which attaches to the lance - I believe this actually comes with the machine as standard but as this is a new product and we haven't had them in stock yet I'm awaiting further information

This product carries a full 3 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design. Please note that cordless products will normally have a shorter warranty of just 1 Year for the battery and or charger supplied.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
After the first year any warranty claims should be resolved with the manufacturer directly. To claim the full warranty a registration form may need to be completed - please check the paperwork enclosed with this product when purchased.
