Gift for myself when I started a new job. Turns out it works for me. I don’t love group networking with strangers but it’s part of my role. Turns out I just need to start up a chat with one person and pull out this case to give them my card. Then at least 2 other people nearby turn to notice it when the magnet clicks and everyone wants to see and ask about it. I always start by saying it was handmade in the Northern Shenandoah Valley (where I am) and offer to send them the shop link. I hope a bunch of people are supporting the shop but I will miss the novelty of having the only case like this. Bonus: it’s excellent for impromptu entertaining of children (and adults) while in restaurants and other public places.
