5 out of 5 starsMy father passed away in January, but I'm not much of a hat lady. I wore this merrywidow headband to his funeral. I felt respectful and mature while wearing it, and I am thankful that I didn't have to present myself inauthentically. I hope that I have the opportunity to wear this beautiful piece again under much better circumstances. The price was fair for the quality of the headband and it was packaged elegantly. I stored it in the box that it came in. I am very pleased with my purchase.

5 out of 5 starsI bought this for my daughters wedding, decided I didn't need a fascinator afterall but when I finally put everything together I did in fact need one. It is very classy and beautifully made. Unfortunately I had to pay so many taxes it turned out to be very expensive but worth it.

Shop policies
Each product is handmade specially for you, due to the nature of my business I offer returnes if it is not personalized product (different colour, attachment, size etc.)
If there is a problem with your order, please, contact me within 3 days of delivery so we can work out a solution. Your satisfaction is most important to me.
Returns must be made within 14 days. This means the date on the post mark of the return parcel, must be within 14 days of date our outward tracking shows delivery.
RETURNS FROM EUROPEN UNION
We refund the entire cost of the product.
Please note that we don't refound DHL shipping cost.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE EUROPEN UNION - we accept but they are not fully refounded.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
We also LEAVE APPROXIMATELY 25% fee - it is cost of custom duties, that we have to pay for importing returned item.
I don't offer returnes of custom order.
We do not refund and send the product back when we recieve:
a) products with properties specified by the consumer in the order placed by him or closely related to his person, i.e. individual orders, color change, change of product mounting method, change of size, veil length, etc.
b) products with visible signs of use, a perfume smell and / or without a paper label (tags)
c) products if the information about the return was made after 14 days from receiving the goods
