Announcement    How to take the custom order:
1. Show me the style of hat or fascinator you like from my store and a photo of your outfit and any other details you’d like me to know
2. I will send you a photo of the materials we have selected to be used for your hat and tell you the fee you need to pay, then give you a special link to purchase it, once completed, before I ship you the hat, I will show you the custom hat. The hat can be picked up in Rockville, Maryland.
3. Please keep in mind that no two hats are exactly the same, minor differences may occur.

Shipping:

All hats will be sent from Rockville, MD, 20850, using FedEx Ground (1- 5 business days if the shipping box circumference is above 263 inches, length + width+ height) or USPS priority shipping service (1-3 Business Days the shipping box circumference is below 263 inches, length + width+ height)

🍹2.Overnight shipping service is available, please contact the seller first if you need this shipping service, let the seller check the shipping fee for you first, because the overnight shipping service is a little bit high! Pick up is available.

For the customers in HI, AK, the shipping fee is different. Before you take the order, please contact the seller first.

🐎 Retrun and Exchange Policy:
So sorry no return nor exchange in my store, for hygiene and personal health reasons, once worn, the hat may potentially spread dandruff, hair, or other possible contaminants. Additionally, the hat may incur damage or undergo a change in shape during use, making it challenging to resell



📏📐👩How to know the size you need:

Hat size is based on the circumference of the head. In order to determine your proper hat size, you must take a measurement of your head.
Using a tape measure, measure your head about one-half inch（2 fingers）above your eyebrows where your hat will rest. Be certain that the tape measure is straight, not twisted. Alternatively, you can use piece of string to measure your head, and then measure the length of the string with a ruler. If you are not certain about size, or are between sizes, buy the larger size.
