I have no power over the post office getting your item to you and how fast you expect it to be there. I am not responsible for you putting the wrong mailing address during checkout. If your item was returned to me due to an incomplete address, you are responsible for paying for a new shipping label.
I have relocated to a snowier climate and due to possible weather conditions things may take a little longer than they did before, especially during holiday season so please plan in advance).

All of the items in my store are my own hand, from making the art to making the physical objects. Seriously consider you are stealing another artists work if you are purchasing items with the intent of making molds to sell. I do not grant permission of taking my work to be reproduced in mold making.

Frequently asked questions
Do the leather bracers really take two weeks?
No, most of the time I will take me 2 days to make and I’ll ship the next day, but I put that time frame on the shipping description to allow for busier seasons and multiple orders.
Why isn’t my leather bracer perfectly smooth or has some darker spots?
Because leather is a natural medium, it can come with some imperfections like scars and bite marks in the skin. While I try to make bracers avoiding these spots to give you the highest quality cuts, sometimes small marks are unavoidable.
The metallic leather can be very temperamental because of the foil. Post engraving, I can only dust off burnt residue because water will cause the leather to warp. Some residue may still be slightly on the bracer when being coated in a protective acrylic coating, causing slight discoloration.
International Shipping
Currently shipping is only available for USA and Canada because of various complications due to constantly changing USPS restrictions and different VAT requirements. Thank you for understanding.
For international buyers from Europe, Australia and North America: Please keep in mind that you may be charged VAT, plus international shipping charges for your orders that may alter the original price. I will pack everything to the best of my ability for safe shipping, but please keep in mind I am not responsible if the post in your home country damages your purchase and/or loses it.
Can buttons and leather products be put through the washing machine?
Buttons: Acrylic: It is not recommended to put delicate buttons in a washing machine. Gently wash in cold water and lay flat or line dry. Wood: It is best to dry clean or remove buttons before washing to preserve engraving and not warping the plywood with water. All buttons should not be put in a dryer.
Leather patches: It is not recommended to put full grain leather in a washing machine. The turbulence and amount of water could cause the leather to warp. DO NOT WASH HOLO LEATHER, it will warp the foil when wet. Remove entirely before washing garment.
For full grain hand dyed leather it is not recommended for a washing machine, however, if you cannot remove it from the garment, I recommend gently hand wash in cold water and air dry only.
Can I contact you, if I want to request a slight alteration to an item?
Absolutely! Please contact me BEFORE CHECKOUT if you would like to inquire about a different color of acrylic (within reason) or if you would prefer a different type of earring hook or chain color on jewelry, as it may be priced differently or come with an extra charge. And if you have any other questions of the sort, please still ask, it may be possible to fill that request for you.
Can you change the sizes of items?
At this point I am not doing custom sizing on prints because its just too complicated to keep changing preset files I have created for made to order items.
Do you take on custom design orders?
Currently I’m not taking on any custom design requests, trying to balance made to order items and custom design requests is currently too difficult, however, please contact me with what you are looking for as I may eventually make it and put in the store!
If you are contacting me because of a the custom order I did for acrylic cutouts used for reusable price tags for shows and cons, it is possible for me to do the occasional custom request. HOWEVER, you need to be able to respond to me quickly about what you are looking for and contact me AT LEAST 2 months in advance!
DO NOT CONTACT ME ABOUT MASS PRINTING OF ITEMS WITH YOUR LOGO OR BUSINESS NAME ON IT. There are plenty of businesses/manufacturers that offer this for people, I am not one!
If I buy a lot of an item, will you reduce the price?
No, I am only one individual making handmade items. I am not sending out any items to be factory made and am not a wholesaler. Prices are set because of labor and material costs.
Can I buy individual buttons or individual button colors?
No, buttons come in sets depending on the description.
However, if you want to ask me about buying A SET of buttons in a custom color please feel free to contact me so I can assist you. Color changes will have an extra fee now of $10 for extra labor.
How do I find out the size of products?
All dimensions and other information are listed in the “item details” section located under the “add to cart” button of each listing.
