5 out of 5 starsMy original bowl was broken in shipment. While the seller did seem quite defensive whenever I would ask any questions about a replacement, I did eventually get a replacement. I wasn’t mad, just asked when I could expect a new one, but it was always met with slight hostility. Otherwise, it’s a great product.

We are so happy to hear you love our beautiful bowl. The original bowl was delivered January 30th. You notified us it was received broken on February 2nd. We immediately replied that same day stating we were notifying our printer and requesting a replacement. Replacement was shipped out within 4 business days which is our normal production time. So glad we were able to resolve the issue quickly!
