Through quite a bit of trial and error, my packages are finally USPS proof, aka bombproof. Only kidding, but I’ve put a lot of time and effort into finding the best possible way to ship these babies without the glass breaking. I try to only use reused or recycled packaging to keep your (and my) cost lower. That is why you will receive your product wrapped in recycled plastic and cardboard.

I’m trying to think of the best way to describe this: If you’ve been ever lived in an old house, was one of the doors ever hard to close in the summer but easy to close in the winter? The wood expands in the summer and constricts during the winter, thus causing issues with opening and closing the door. During weather and seasonal changes, the wooden bases can do the same thing and I have not found a way around this. For the most part, they stay safe and consistent but in extremely humid areas, they have known to expand, thus breaking the tubes. Please let me know if you need me to account for this, as I will drill slightly larger holes. Also, please let me know if you have advice around this besides already drying and sealing the base. ♥️
