Shipping

We only ship prints to the United States. Digital orders can be shipped anywhere. Please visit the appropriate listing if you live outside the US and would like to order a digital portrait.

Refund & Return Policy

You can cancel your order if you don't like the mock you received. However, we do not accept return. Orders sent to print production cannot be canceled or refunded.

Replacement

If your item has been damage during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace your order.
If your order is lost in the mail you will get a replacement free of charge.

How does it work?

Send me the photos of your pet after your purchase and I will send you back a proof within 24 hours. The items will not ship until you approve the proof. Once you approve the proof, I will send your order to production and it will be delivered to your place within 5-7 business days.

What happens if I don’t like my proof?

Just give me your feedback and I will make sure your order is exactly what you like! If you prefer to get a refund at this point, let me know.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order any time before you approve the proof. You cannot cancel your order and get a refund after the order is sent to production or delivered to you in high resolution, if it is a digital item.
