This gingerbread house style DIY printable advent calendar set is brimming with holiday joy and festivity!

All you need is a pair of scissors, a glue stick, and your creativity & imagination to fill them up. Tools to pre-score the fold lines are optional, but recommended. If you choose to print them at home rather than use a print shop, you will also need 26 sheets of white card stock paper and a color printer.

The PDF documents included in this instant download item consist of assembly instructions and high-quality printable images for days 1 to 25 of December, leading up to Christmas. There are three different building designs in four different colors. A bonus page is included that provides printable gingerbread men and Christmas trees to embellish your village.

Each house will take between five-and-a-half to eight minutes to hand cut and fully assemble. Keep in mind that this equates to about 3 hours total. The time spent will be well worth it for the festive cheer this hand-assembled gingerbread village will add to your holidays.

Box 1, small square box: 2.4 inches wide X 2.4 inches deep X 3.4 inches high (6 x 6 x 8.8 cm)
Box 2, wide box: 3.5 inches wide X 1.25 inches deep X 4.8 inches high (9 x 3.2 x 12.2 cm)
Box 3, tall box: 2.2 inches wide X 1.25 inches deep X 9 inches high (5.4 x 3.2 x 20.5 cm)

Sorry, I do not offer these boxes in a bigger size. They are more or less already the maximum size that can print on a single sheet of standard size paper / card stock (US letter and A4). To print larger would require a large format commercial printer, and larger than standard card stock paper. Or, it would require each box to be re-designed to fit on multiple sheets of paper and be constructed from multiple pieces.

(Once completed, boxes are filled from the bottom, which is designed to open and close as needed.)
