Do you offer Business Cards to match your logo kits?
Yes, we have two options...

Do you offer Vector or PSD files with your logo kits?
Yes, to keep our prices low, for those that don't need the extra files. Vector or PSD versions are an add-on and can be found here: http://etsy.me/1syX5kU
I would like to test out a logo before I purchase it, do you offer this?
Yes, we do offer a "Try Before You Buy" option. It allows you to see the logos font, with Your/Company name first. It ensures that you like the look and feel, as every font looks different with each with name. Please see this listing: http://etsy.me/1YFs3kV
I have lost my files, what should I do?
After emailing your final files, I keep copies for 6 months. Due to limited storage space, files are auto-deleted after 6 months. Please back-up your files to your computer and online cloud services (like Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud). If your files need to be resent after this time, you will need to purchase. Thank you so much for understanding.
What is your turnaround time for branding packages?
After placing an order, the 1st proof is sent within 1-3 Business days. Please refer to your ship by date, your designs will be sent out on or before this date. Please, make sure that you provided all the needed information. If further changes are requested, a new proof will be sent within 24-48 Business hours.
