We love the tree! The quality is amazing, the aesthetic in our home, and the packaging was incredible. Very thoughtful touches with the packaging. What's unfortunate is that the landing pad that comes out of the tree is much too far from the basket so our cat is unable to jump from one to another. We have to place our cat in the basket. The gap between the landing pad and the basket is too far for our cat to comfortably jump up. As a result we're not able to give it five stars. Also, the rope around the wood is only about eight inches or so so our cat is not even able to climb up to the basket on the tree itself. We still like love the piece it just needs another landing pad between the two pieces so we'll need to add something to it for her to climb or jump up
