RETURN POLICY

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Prior to sending the package back, contact us for information how to ship the item back. The return will be accepted only if the product is returned in unworn condition and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items. Products accepted for refund must be in new/unworn condition, and must be returned in original packaging.
Items not eligible for returns:
-Custom or personalised orders
-Earrings, ear cuffs and ear studs due to hygiene reasons
-Items shipped over 14 days of delivery date
-Items returned in damaged condition due to improper care and misuse
-Returns without our authorization or improperly sent packages
AmicaJewels is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Once your return is inspected and approved, refund will be processed to original form of payment within 14 days.
Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED PARCELS
For parcels that are shipped with tracking & insurance, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider.
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame.
We will do our best to resolve each issue for all our customers in regards to reshipments, claims or lost packages to the best of our ability.
ADDRESS ERRORS AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Purchased items will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order.
Please double check this address is correct before checking out. We are not responsible for packages shipped to wrong address.
For shipments returned to us due to:
1) Inaccurate or incomplete address
2) Package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered
We reserve the right to retain the shipping and return charges.
We will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewelry has been sent back to us. In that case, we will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping
and handling costs before sending the package again.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES
Buyers are responsible for all customs or duties fees that may applied. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from Germany. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs or issues with postal services.
