This is Not a full service resort, so know that before you go.
The parking situation is not ideal because you have to tip the valet every time you want your car. Well I mean I tipped every time I picked up the car.
However, the bed was superbly comfortable.
The shower had excellent water pressure.
The kitchen worked wonderfully for our needs.
It was much quieter than I have experienced in other hotels.
The pool was very nice.
The walk to the beach on the boardwalk is very aesthetically pleasing. The beach towels were big and soft.
The beach chairs all seemed to be good working condition.
It was nice to just walk out to the beach and there were chairs readily available for us.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay there.

Loved our very short two day trip, wasn't long enough for sure. Beaches were beautiful, LONG and shell-y (need beach shoes to walk). Water was shallow and relatively warm (i'm form northeast) with gentle surf so very nice for swimming. Tons of restaurants to try and a wonderful farmers market on Wednesday mornings that's like THE event of the town. Anyplace that has a farmers market as the main event is alright by me. Live music, tons of prepared food as well as produce, crafts and other items. Must see.

We loved Tigertail Beach with easy access from paid parking ($10) area. It would have been preferential to be within walking distance to the beach. Plenty of restaurant options, but no “village or central” area on Marco Island.

Very good location right on a beautiful white sand beach, nice pool area, with great sunset view.
We traveled for ten days in Florida and we noticed the rooms we booked with Booking.com were always the farthest ones from the elevator, always right before the emergency exit, I would say the lowest rated rooms of the hotels.

The beach is beautiful and the bird sanctuary along Tigertail is worth an early morning walk but seashore is remote so be prepared for at least 30 minutes walk there and back. Plenty of restaurants within 5/10 mins driving but not as good quality as in Naples. Breakfast at Hoots is as good as Mels Diners which we love. We usually stay in Naples but found the travel from Marco too cumbersome, so wont be back.

I just love Marco Island.
I just love Marco Island. The beach is beautiful, the sand is soft, the water is clean. It’s family friendly, the food is great. I personally love La Tavola, a must while you’re visiting Marco Island. If I had a second home, it would be in Marco Island.
The hotel is lovely and the beach amazing. Unfortunately it was very busy and some of the staff where rude. I upgraded my room to a suite to be told when I went to check in it wasn’t ready. I would have to wait another 2 hours. I ended up been given a room with a pool/beach view. I would say it was a pool/Beach access not a view!!! Quite dissatisfied with that.
The 5th floor bar/restaurant has an amazing view and spectacular sunsets.
I would return when it is less busy and see if the service has improved. !
We really liked the location in Old Marco Island. Very nice to nice to walk to breakfast and any other meal as well. The restaurants around there a very good.
The king size bed was more comfortable than ours! Very comfortable! The staff were very kind and helpful. I like staying at a small place and this was perfect.
Knot A Care was a great get away. Marco Island is beautiful. There were plenty of essentials within walking distance of Knot A Care. Restaurants, bars, grocery stores, gas stations. All easily walkable. We spent an entire day on Tiger Tail Beach. This beach is an absolute gem and must visit.
The location was pretty good, right on the beach. I have a bad foot, so it was quite a hike to get to the beach. The facility was very nice and well kept. It was quiet and peaceable which I really liked. If I come to Marco Island again, I would stay at South Seas Tower.
The suite was perfect for our family of four with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms plus a full kitchen and dining room table which we used often. It’s in a very quiet section of Marco Island which we also liked a lot. Nothing was a far drive away.
The location is very good. The entrance to the beautiful Marco Island Beach is across the street from the condo. Most restaurants and conveniences are either a short walk or drive from the unit. The pool is excellent and well maintained.
Excellent location. Valet was excellent and included with our rental price. Chairs set-up on the beach for us with umbrellas. View and location on the beach was outstanding. Very comfortable and well appointed condo.
The location is just what we wanted, on the beach. Parking was included with the rental which was very convenient. The unit was clean and comfortable with a large bath with plenty of towels. We would stay here again/
After I got over the shock that it wasn’t actually on the beach…the location made it easy to access the beach. The accommodations in the condo made it a comfortable way to vacation. The price was reasonable.
The apartment in which we stayed was large, very neat and with new furniture. Very good condition and very clean. Good parking, nice terrace. No complains, in line with a good hotel chain.
Great location for exploring all that Marco Island and the surrounding areas have to offer e.g. Naples. Spacious accommodation, very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable and quiet.
Very accommodating for the beach and pool. They had great access to the beach, as well as activity to do on the beach. Rentals of jet skis and paddle board to name a few
It was a very pleasant, quiet, clean, spacious studio flat. Everything i needed or would need was there. Definitely will go back because I love Marco Island.
