5 out of 5 starsMy father has primary progressive aphasia caused by Alzheimer's. After a medical emergency over the Holidays, he had to go into a rehabilitative nursing home. I got this for him as he was becoming figidy and anxious when my mom and I can't be there. He seems to like it and is using it. It's very well made and creative. It made for a nice surprise.

Wholesale availability
We are opened to the wholesale orders, please write us to discuss exact number and type of items you need.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive an item in good condition but for some reason you want to send it back and get a refund, shipping costs are not refundable.
Refund will be provided after receiving the item.
Customer must pay return shipping.
Order cancellation
We accept the order cancellation until the product are sent. An exception are personalized products - they are not refundeble. Refunds in case of closing the order are made in the amount of 94% of the original amount (PayPal commission is not refundable) during 7 days.
Care instructions
Busy Boards should not be submerged in water, use a damp cloth to wipe them.
Lost packages
We will make an official request for searching for the parcel in a Postal Company. The Postal Service can respond the request within 30-60 days (sometimes earlier). The parcel will either be found and delivered, or recognized as lost.
If the parcel is lost, we would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order .
If the parcel is found, but delivered very late, you will not receive a refund. Since all the dates are not accurate, but approximate. We cannot affect the operation of the mail service.
Additional fees and customs duties
Due to the dimensions of the package, you will pay customs and import taxes. The amount of taxes depends on your country's law. SolBusy is not responsible for them.
