Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
All my items are printed on demand and it usually takes between 3-7 business days for them to be printed and shipping time is 3-7 business days so between 6 to 14 business days for them to be printed and delivered.
Custom and personalized orders
I offer personalisation of certain design, but I will ask for an additional fee that you can purchase with your item unless the personalisation is stated in the listing.
Sizing details
All listings have a sizing chart. I recommend you compare with one of your shirt. Width is armpit to armpit and length is the top of the collar to the hem. I do not accept exchange for the wrong size.
Care instructions
*Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors.
*Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
*You shouldn't use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items.
*The use of a tumble dryer isn’t recommended, and you ideally should avoid ironing the printed area.
Printing providers
All my items are printed in the US unless providers run out of stock. In this case the same garment will be printed in Canada for the same cost and the same shipping time.
