To assist in prolonging the vibrant colour of your chalkboards, it is recommended that they are lightly wiped regularly to remove any dust and dirt. please refrain from using chemicals to clean your chalkboard surface. Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure that all our products are weather protected, using exterior plywood, weather protecting woodstains and paints, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the life expectancy of your chalkboards if left outside permanently due to the unpredictable weather conditions, we recommend that to assist in prolonging the life of your chalkboards you bring them indoors during the winter months recommended november - march.

Acrylic Mirrors, same care requirements are needed as the chalkboards, occasionally some acrylic mirrors can look distorted in area, (like a fun house mirror) this is more visible on larger mirrored surfaces, however these are not faulty mirrors, it is a characteristic of the materials used. No refunds or exchanges will be made for this issue. Again store indoors during the winter months recommended november - march to prolong the life of your mirror.

After some time outside it is likely that your mirror may start to get "grey" looking Mark's, this is at no fault of the maker and again is a characteristic of the acrylic. Replacement mirrors can be purchased at cost price plus postage including new adhesive fixings

we are happy to sell our chalkboards on a wholesale basis, prices will vary on quantity and designs ordered, Turnaround for wholesale will of course again depend on the amounts ordered, and on the orders that we have outstanding at the time.

We DO NOT recommend the use of Chalk Pens on our chalkboards, they are designed for a more permanent look eg. Pub/Shop Notice Boards, and therefore are extremely difficult to remove, they will leave shadow marks of previous drawings and include a risk damaging the chalkboard surface with the use of chemicals/hard scrubbing to remove them.

Instead we only recommend the use of traditional powdered chalks, you will have a consistent powdered look to the chalkboard after cleaning (it will never look how it did when it arrived) this is normal, its called 'Ghosting'.

this will depend on which chalkboards you purchase, all larger chalkboards come with drill holes or fixing, all small chalkboards with a stem, fixing will depend on what type of fencing, or where in the garden you require them fixing.

Most customers have sent photos of them drilling 2 x holes into the stem and then fixing to the fence, others have used cable ties to the fence/decking posts or even some of types of fence panels allow this.

During the covid 19 pamdemic, we are struggling to get regular supplies, meaning we are using a variety of suppliers resulting in varying shades!

Meaning that colours are extremely likely to vary from those pictured. No returns will be excepted for issues from colour shades. These are unavoidable at the moment.

Our chalkboards are made from a specialist blackboard vinyl, from a outdoor sign making company, they are permanent, waterproof and durable.
They have B1 fire safety rating.

all timbers used in the making of our chalkboards is natural and will bear natural makings such as knots, grain patterns and occasionally small ridges, and some of the paints and stains we use will not cover these.

There will be no refunds, replacements or exchanges made for these issues.

These include but not exclusive too, darker patches in paint work, grain patterns being visible under the paintwork, or visible knots of any kind.

We offer a unique product which are all HANDCUT this means that no computers and machines are used to create any part of your order..... unless acrylic and transfers are used which are sourced externally.

This allows us to offer shapes that are different to those found elsewhere and also allows for custom designs and ideas.
