Gift wrapping and packaging
For Herbs & Twine customers, we offer FREE gift wrapping service for all purchases and are happy to include your custom gift note. We never ever put a receipt in the box so don't worry about that.
Simply Type out your gift note in the "notes to seller" box during checkout we will handwrite your message onto a small card and place it atop your gift.
I want to send to multiple recipients. What do I do?
If you like your gift to be shipped to two separate recipients, simply place two separate orders with each recipient's address! That way, I can create two shipping labels and send it to two different recipients.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
For local US residents, it only takes 1-3 business days for your packages to arrive AFTER production! I ship using USPS Priority. For international customers, it takes up to few weeks and a month depending on the location.
Are you going to include the receipt or invoice?
Absolutely not!! I will only include lots of care!
How's return handled?
If you wish to return the item for any personal reason OR your item is returned by USPS due to wrong address, please be aware that you have to purchase the shipping label yourself for return. Herbs & Twine does NOT cover the return shipping label.
