Not helpful
I'm about as much of a noob as it is possible to be when it comes to real estate investing, or investing of any kind for that matter. This has been reaffirmed by my investment in this book. Given how much of a noob I am, I'm almost impressed at how little this book taught me. I was really hoping that between all the padding there would be some useful information, but no. Unless you are literally a child who has only just heard the word 'investment', I don't think anyone has anything to glean from the content on offer here. Just to give an example, it goes on and on about why it's good to have multiple sources of income. Most adults are aware of this, and I think all adults who would bother to buy this book are certainly aware of it. I thought maybe this was an intro, but the whole book is this useless. For the sake of being fully transparent, I didn't listen to the last 30 minutes, so I suppose it's technically possible that literally all the good bits were saved till the very end. I've chosen to cut my losses, however.

Great Short Book With Compact Information
I really enjoyed your book and is narrated well too, full of the key starting points and information to really take some action.
The only downside i found was at the end, you referred to your website which is not built or has no content on there, this was disappointing since you reference to look for free advice at the start and where you refer has nothing there.

Perfect for beginners
This book is perfect for someone who has an interest in financial planning and has an aim to become financially independent. It gives you a brief introduction to real estate but lacks on a lot of detail, but for just over an hour what do you expect. Would recommend this book I enjoyed and will be looking for other titles by the author.

If you have 2 hours to waste then this is your book
What nonsense if you’re looking to hear the authors life story without actually having to listen to anything regarding using property as an investment vehicle then you’ve come to the right place. The author himself states half way through the book that I suppose I better start talking about property now. Avoid!

A self help book not really about property.
This book spends more time covering why you should should stick to and pursue your dreams than it does covering anything helpful about property development or investment.
