We specialize in handcrafted Crystal jewelry and Real butterfly wing jewelry & insect art using ethically sourced recycled butterflies, moths, & other insects! Jaclyn developed this process herself of embedding butterfly wings under magnified glass over a decade ago. All butterflies are raised on butterfly sanctuaries & farms where they live their full lifespan (which averages 2-4 weeks) and then collected after they naturally expire so that they can be preserved into a beautiful work of art! Butterfly Farming actually helps to preserve rain forests and also assures the survival of natural butterfly habitats. I am a proud member of the Rainforest Alliance! We support and donate to the Rainforest Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving the rainforest and thousands of species that live in it, including the Blue Morpho Butterfly! :) 🐛

When will my order ship?
✈️ Please refer to our processing times in each listing! Most jewelry items have a processing time between 1 and 5 business days. Processing time on artwork may be longer and varies by piece.
Can you expedite my order?
💫 An upgrade to priority mail is offered at checkout. However, processing time still applies. If you plan to pay for priority mail but need it even quicker, I can sometimes shorten my processing time if specially requested PRIOR to purchasing. Send me a message and I will let you know what I can do to help! If you are in a time crunch, I almost always have some ready-made items on a 1 business day processing time, just message me if you need help determining which items will ship in 1 business day :) *Please be prepared for USPS shipping delays, even on priority mail, as we get closer to Christmas*

USPS Standard Shipping (3-7 business days on average once shipped). Please note that the estimated shipping timeframe in the cart at checkout is an *ESTIMATE* provided by the post office. Actual delivery is in the hands of the post office and they can sometimes take longer. No guaranteed specific delivery dates / times are available.
USPS Priority Mail (Approximately 2-4 business days once shipped). As estimated by the post office.

Where do you get your butterflies?
🦋 My insects are raised on butterfly farms and sanctuaries and allowed to live their full lifespan, which averages about 1 month, and then collected and sold so that their beauty can live on! What is the difference between silver plated and Sterling Silver?
Many of my items offer chain & earring hook upgrades to Sterling Silver, so here's why you should upgrade!
SILVER PLATED VS. REAL STERLING SILVER:
Silver plated or "silver tone metal" is an iron alloy. The amount of real silver in "Silver plated" jewelry is minuscule. Silver plated jewelry is costume jewelry grade metal.
Real Sterling Silver is 92.5% real solid silver, mixed with a small percentage of copper for adding strength. It is a high quality precious metal and is very durable and resistant to tarnish. It is hypoallergenic and safe for people with allergies and skin sensitivities. All my real Sterling Silver jewelry bears an authenticity stamp to show that it is made from real silver!
What is the difference between gold plated and Real 14K Gold Filled?

GOLD PLATED VS. REAL 14K GOLD FILLED:
Gold plated or "gold tone metal" is a brass alloy. The amount of real gold in "Gold plated" jewelry is extremely minuscule. Gold plated jewelry is costume jewelry grade metal and prone to tarnish over time.
Real 14K Gold Filled jewelry contains over 100 times more real gold than "gold plated" jewelry. It is a high quality precious metal and is very durable and tarnish resistant. It is also hypoallergenic and safe for people with allergies and skin sensitivities. All my real 14K Gold filled jewelry bears an authenticity stamp to show that it is made from real gold!

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges requested within 14 days of when you received your package. Just send us a message :)
Returns should be sent back in their original condition (in their original pouch with all included parts) with no signs of wear. Normal returns are refunded in full minus $4 (for the amount we paid in shipping) - unless waived due to an issue that was our fault of course! A restocking fee may be applied to returns that are not sent back in their original condition, show signs of wear, or are missing parts (fee will be equal to any loss in value). Refunds are processed and authorized within 2-3 business days once we receive the item back. Please allow a few business days for the refund to hit your bank account. Thank you :)
