5 out of 5 starsitem came super fast and it came out beautiful. i did notice a small dot of thread accidentally put in the middle but it's not super noticeable. i also expected the brown writing to be a little darker and less gold ish but it's still beautiful and im happy with my purchase.

Where do I put my monogram information?
There is a box (after you add the item to your cart) marked optional notes to seller. You tell me your name or monogram (and all other information needed) there. The 'item details' will tell you what information I need. Typically it is name/monogram and thread color. Occasionally I also need font type and other information listed in the item details.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping time is always listed under the shipping time. I ship extremely quickly but need to know in advance if you need by a certain date. That date also MUST be in your notes to seller at check out.
Where can I see thread color and font types?
Every listing has multiple images. It is important to scroll through those images. In those images you will see a photo that shows the thread color options. You will also see another photo that shows the different font types. You can always ask for a proof if you would like to see your name/initials in the font you are choosing. Proofs are only sent after purchase.
Custom and personalized orders
If there is missing information such as thread color or font type I will embroider in the most popular options. If you would like to choose these it is important to tell me that info at check out. If there is missing information such as names/monogram I will attempt to reach out twice to gather this information.
It is very important that the email address on your order is the email that you check regularly. Providing a phone number is NEVER a bad idea either. ;-)
