I purchased this item In November In hopes to have it for Christmas. It arrived right before Christmas, so shipping took a bit Longer than I’d hoped. Upon opening, I found a few of the “branches” were broken. I reported this to the seller and had to send pictures of broken pieces. New branches were sent, but not in time for Christmas. The tree was assembled and remained that way until February. Upon dismantling, another of the branches cracked In the middle. The tree itself is kitschy and a conversation piece, but it’s not treated with anything, and I fear further breakage in the future, which is disappointing based on the cost of the item.

We love our tree. One piece came broken but it’s nothing a little wood glue can’t fix. Love the rustic feel of this tree.

I got so many comments on this distinctive tree and topper this season - but more importantly, I love it myself. My forever tree!!

I love this tree !! Everyone went nuts for it! Easy to put together. I waited a while for it and when it came two branches broke in deliv. But he was very helpful and sent me out replacements. This was a great experience and one of my all time favorite purchases. I don’t want to put it away. I might keep it up all year round and add decor to it for each holiday

The tree is absolutely gorgeous and unique. We received so many compliments from family and friends with some planning to leave with it 😳 Eric is great with customer service and addressed all needs to include receiving the tree prior to Christmas due to our late order. Thanks Eric!

Took time to ship but arrived intact. It is rustic and minimalist which is lovely to me, but adding live greenery and Christmas decorations made it special.

We are so thrilled with this tree. It's so beautiful, and such a unique addition to our Holiday traditions. Eric was very responsive in answering our questions and getting us the tree in time for the Holidays. The quality is great. The wood is beautiful and the set up couldn't be easier. All the pieces are numbered and it goes together very quickly. Highly recommended.

Wonderful addition to our home. One branch did break into, but I just took the two pieces , drilled the holes and used them a little higher in the progression of branches - so one branch became two. Merry Christmas ! Familia de Bryan

Two of the longer branches arrived broken. Likely I had some driftwood I collected over the summer so I could replace them. I like the tree but I am not in love with it. I think I was a bit disappointed as I expected it to be a bit larger than it is.
