Stock is ordered on a regular basis with anywhere between a 3-6 week lead time.
Unfortunately, not all colours and cord types are always available so I often make several orders to keep as well stocked as possible.
The best place to keep an eye out for any new stock drops is my Instagram - so make sure you’re following me @cotton_and_cord as its always the first place I announce new deliveries.

Due to stock availability and lead times I do not provide a pre-order service. However if there are certain colours and cord types which you are looking for just drop me a message and I will do my best to get in touch when they are back in stock.

Due to shipping costs and customs complexities I currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Currently I stock Bobbiny Macramé Cord - having searched high and low for something comparable (both in quality, colour range and eco-credentials), it has proven VERY difficult to beat. Any future products and stocked will have to meet strict quality and eco-credentials.

I also offer a range of Macramé accessories - one stop for all your Macrame needs!

At the moment I do not stock 5mm 3 Ply rope or Jumbo Braided cord due to limited demand for these products. If these are products you would love to see Cotton and Cord stock - get in touch and I will listen to all feedback and maybe something I add to my portfolio in the future. When pricing my products I feel they are priced fairly and competitively. From time to time I may do promotions which will be advertised across social media and in my shop announcement.

I only use plastic free packaging. Sure - it’s a little more expensive but I make sure I don’t pass this cost on, I actually take a little hit on P&P just to make sure that all items are sent in environmentally friendly packaging.

I use Royal Mail – with the majority of parcels being sent 2nd class as a small parcel. This is a partially tracked service which provides a tracking reference which will let you know when delivery has been attempted. Unfortunately, it doesn’t let you know where your package is en-route to you. Your dispatch notification will have the tracking information needed.

Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive before dispatch. With the current climate Royal Mail has had disruption to their normal service standards and so for a very small minority of orders there may be some delays.
