Moisturising and calming
I have been using this toner for last 5-6 yrs now. I have tried others but always come back to this one for my morning routine. It feels soothing and moisturising. Absorbs into skin really well. I have taken a star away because the price keeps going up at a ridiculous rate. It has become too expensive.
