It is Day #1, & only time will tell, however I have high hopes it will last the years of a lifetime. 🥰 The ring looks just like the photos & Alexs description. (I chose the Rose Gold.) Alex was super helpful and accommodating of my many questions & requests. I felt she went above & beyond in making sure I was going to be satisfied. Her customer service was incredible. 💫 The stone is beyond Beautiful & I adore how it changes in the different light. From light aqua green blue, to a deep rich reddy blue purple. 💙💜 The cut seems to catch every bit of light. It's so delightful. As I could only post one picture, I have screenshoted 3x pics of different light. They really don't do the magic any justice. I highly recommend this jeweler & her work 👌🏽💜

Custom and personalized orders

Processing time
I need 2-3 weeks to make most of the rings and make them ready for shipping, all of the rings are handmade to orders. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Engraving Service
We offer the engraving for an extra charge of $2, please leave a message in the order for engraving content.
Rush Order Service
I offer "rush order service" with an additional $50 which guarantees delivery within 14 business days. Please contact me if you would like to upgrade to rush order.
Payment Plan
I accept payment plans. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan. The minimum per payment can be $100. You just need to contact me and I will create a payment plan listing for you to pay. I'll begin to make the ring after I receive the first payment, the ring will be shipped after the full payment is received.
Sizing details
All my rings are standard US size. If you are from UK, Australia, Europe, or anywhere else, please let me know your finger size and I will tell you the corresponding US size.
I can make the ring in any size. Please choose from the drop-down menu to choose the ring size. If you need a smaller or bigger ring size, please contact me, I'll customize it for you!
Returns and exchange details
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please contact me if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All unworn products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with the exception of Custom or personalized orders.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All products must be unworn and in the original condition and packaging.

Customs and import taxes
Depending on your country of residence, your local postal service may require additional customs/taxes on orders. These fees are due on delivery. I have no ability to pre-charge for these fees and they are the responsibility of the purchaser. I recommend you review the import rules of your home country to estimate these fees before purchase.
Warranty
I offer a lifetime warranty. If there is any quality problem with the ring, you can return it to me. I will repair it for you for free within one year.
