Do you offer custom molds?
We do not offer custom molds. If you are looking for a specific size in an existing style please reach out, we might have it on the schedule.
Care instructions
Hand wash with warm soapy water after each use and dry before storage. Store on a flat surface with mold support at room temperature. Long-term exposure to direct sunlight or heat over 100° F can warp, distort, or otherwise damage the mold support.
While we use the highest quality materials the physical life of the mold depends on how you use it and how often. We will offer technical assistance but please understand that there are variables outside of our control to guarantee our product will work for a specific application, medium, or length of time. If you are planning on heavy use of our molds please know your silicone will degrade over time.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
We have a minimum yearly spend to qualify for bulk discounts. Please reach out for details if you think your order(s) will qualify.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, We are only shipping to Canada at this time. Please allow extra processing time for all international shipments.
