TLDR: Good leather, comfortable, compliment worthy. It's been a year-long journey to come to these boots, starting with another model offered by the seller I ended up returning. Many orders, returns and a few pairs of shoes later I came to this pair and I'm happy I persevered. The leather is high quality, it takes leather conditioner well and the leather grain comes to life with a little work. I've got wretched, skinny, broomstick ankles and these fit well without having to lace them silly tight. The long tongue is a rare bonus, it both looks great with the design and is comfortable. I've always worn combat boots and years of poor-fitting toe boxes have left me with unfortunate toes. These have a generous toe box without looking goofy. I get compliments on them constantly. Stoked to snag some pairs in other colors!
