5 out of 5 starsThe baby book was mailed from the UK to the US so quickly and was packaged safely as not to accidentally damage the book. The book was for my friend and she absolutely loved it. Especially the gold edged pages, they were beautiful.

5 out of 5 starsBeautiful book. I wasn't expecting the cover to be fabric but it just adds to how beautiful a precious it is. I am having twins so I wanted something that wasn't too focused on just one baby! There's certainly plenty of room to record any bits about both babies and my whole journey to their arrival.

Frequently asked questions
Is my item customisable?
Unfortunately, our journals are not customisable. There is a page inside the planner where you can write your name, but aside from this we are unable to add any customised foiling or information onto the products.
I haven't collected my item from the delivery office in time and now it's been returned to you (sender), what can I do?
If the item has returned to us, either because it wasn't collected by you or because the address was wrong, we will refund you the price of the planner (but not the delivery cost). Please contact us via the Etsy system to discuss your item.
When should I expect my delivery?
UK (domestic) orders
Deliveries on the UK mainland take between 3-5 working days. You can upgrade to our Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service (which takes 1-3 working days) or our DPD Next Day Delivery service (delivery next working day).
International Orders
Deliveries for international orders can take up to two weeks for arrival; orders to Australia and Canada may take longer due to customs checks on entry. An expedited delivery service (UPS Express Saver (5-10 working days) is available at the checkout.
International orders are shipped tracked as standard.
I've just realised I have given you the wrong address, what should I do?
If the item has not been dispatched yet, we can try and change the delivery address before it is shipped. If the item has already been despatched then please do contact us and we will look into the options available. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order, especially for international orders.
My item has arrived but it's damaged?
Please contact us in the event of damage to your item. We can only refund or replace items upon submission of photographic proof of the damaged item and packaging.
My item has arrived but I would like to return it (don't need it anymore, I changed my mind, didn't read the description properly, etc.)?
Please contact us for return details. We can only refund the cost of the item in this case (not the original delivery costs or return costs).

All our products are available for wholesale Worldwide. Please email wholesale@blushandgold.co.uk for more information and a pricelist.
How will my item be packaged?
All Blush and Gold items come beautifully wrapped in tissue paper, closed with sticker, a thank you card and a bespoke shipping mailer (which can be recycled after delivery). Other premium items such as Daily Planners and our My Baby Book range will also come with a keepsake presentation box.
