4. Within 24 hours, you will receive your customized file to print via Etsy conversation and Email (registered with Etsy)

Customized orders will be EMAILED within 24 hours to the email address you provide at the time of ordering. If no email is provided, your file will be EMAILED to the email address associated with your Etsy account. If it has been 24 hours and you still don't see your download attachment email, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes files end up there.
