Immediately after purchase, your files will be available to download in your 'Purchases and Reviews' section on Etsy. This can be found by going to the Etsy homepage on a desktop > click on your profile icon > select 'Purchases and Reviews' from the drop-down menu.

Alternatively, Etsy should have sent you an automatic email with the link to download your files.

In some cases, a few items on my store will have the downloads located on a Google Drive link, rather than through Etsy. This is due to the file sizes being too large to upload onto Etsy's site. For these cases, you will receive a 'Download Instructions' PDF after purchase, providing you with the Google Drive link for your files.

Please contact me if you experience any issues downloading your files, whether it be from Etsy or Google Drive. It could just be a simple error. I will re-send you your files via email. I normally respond within a few hours :)

If you are experiencing severe download issues, I may request a screenshot or photo of your computer screen so I can better understand the problem from your end.

The majority of my items, both digital and printable, are NON-EDITABLE unless it states otherwise in the product description. They are made to printed and/or written on as purchased.

Yes, I am always willing to accommodate to any requests you may have that would require adjustments to an existing design. These include changes to words, phrases, time ranges, colours, paper sizes etc.

My digital planners can be used in any PDF annotation app such as Goodnotes or Notability. They can also be used on Android devices, as long as the application specifically states that you can import and annotate on PDF files.

I do not accept refunds, exchanges or cancellations due to the nature of this product. This a digital download item. Once you have access to these files, they can no longer be returned to the seller. Please be mindful of this before purchasing.
