Materials:

Quilling needle
Circle sizer
Precision glue tip applicator (tacky glue or Mod Podge) .
7mm paper strips
Sizers
Distress ink

I used 7mm and 3mm width and 20 inches length paper strips to make this Flower.
The Flower size: 4.5 inches.
