Frequently asked questions

My item has arrived damaged.

Please ensure that you send us photos of the item and the original packaging as these will be needed by us in order to make a claim against a damaged item. We require these details sent to us within 24hrs of you receiving the item otherwise we will not be able to assist with replacements or refunds as the damage. All packaging should be kept incase we require this to be returned back to us.

Sizing details

Please be aware that I am a UK seller and my items will be listed in centimetres or millimetres but this would be stated, Should you wish to know what the size would be in inches we recommend using Google as a tool to help accurately convert.

Gift wrapping and packaging

When we are able to, we will have gift wrapping turned on. This usually consisted of neutral wrapping paper and often some suitable coloured ribbon depending on the item and who it is being sent to (i.e. pink for girls, blue for boys or neutral if we are ever unsure)

Custom and personalised orders

** Personalised items are exempt from returns unless there is a fault with the item

Customers should ensure that they check all spellings, Names are copied and pasted in most cases so we cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors. Should your item be delayed in the post I'm afraid it will still be exempt from returns or refunded provided that we have dispatched it on time for you.

Please do not ask us to print anything which contains someone else's trademark or is copyrighted.

We are unable to take on any custom orders at busy times.

Delivery Choices

Once an item is in the postal system a seller has no control over any postal issues. For this reason I offer a variety of options for buyers to choose from

Standard post - this is untracked usually with a delivery confirmation once it has bene delivered by Royal mail. There can be postal delays especially at peek times like Xmas.

Tracked - This is using Royal mail tracked 24, you can use this tracking to see where in the system the item is, again, on occasions this can come with the odd delays.

Next Working Day - this is as it says, delivered the next working day for delivery, please remember to add on the dispatch time giving us time to make, print and pack your item. The item usually arrives the next working day before 1pm.

International Delivery

We offer Standard delivery on some items, this it to keep the postage down for our customers and this isn't trackable. If you wish to track your items then we do ask that you upgrade the postage. Should your item not arrive we will be unable to refund this until the 28 working days have past and an investigation will be opened for you.
