QUALITY AND RETURNS
Every item I create is done with attention to detail and with heart. But I cannot control the care and use of your jewelry and decor, so cannot accept returns due to the nature of the designs. My pieces are hand crafted and may vary slightly - including shades of different woods. The color of my item may vary on your computer screen, so if you have a question about the color, please message me before ordering.
OOPS! I'VE MAILED MY PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! CAN YOU SEND A REPLACEMENT?
I'm sorry but, as a business owner, there is no way for me to verify this claim. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure your address entered into the Etsy system is correct. Unfortunately, I'm unable to replace packages that have been delivered to a wrong address provided by the buyer. If the package hasn't been mailed yet contact me so I can get the address updated ASAP.
Custom and personalized orders
The time it takes to create a custom item varies from piece to piece. Please message me for more details.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do offer gift wrapping. This can be requested by selecting that your order is a gift then choosing the option for gift wrapping.
My package is missing
With covid there has been some major delays. I consider a package lost after 30 days lapses from the time of the last scan on the tracking. Any item not received must be reported to me within 60 days of dispatch. After this time I am unable to offer a replacement or refund.
My item arrived damaged
If your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately. I will endeavor to work with you quickly to achieve a resolution.
I require photographic evidence of the damage including photographs of the outer packaging.
I may ask for the item to be returned to me (I will refund any postage costs).
No refund or replacement can be issued until these are received.
If I ask for the item to be returned I will only refund 1st class postage on the return unless I specify differently. If you choose to return using a more expensive postage option you are responsible for the difference in cost.
Please obtain proof of posting, as if the item gets lost in transit this will be sufficient for us to process your refund.
Can I request a rush processing time?
I try to keep my processing times to a minimum as I understand you would love your items quickly. Please reach out to me if you need to bump you up in the queue on which order to work on next. If it is possible I will do so - keeping in mind that I do take weekends off.
Who Pays For Customs Fees for International Shipping?
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
I have no way to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Etsy doesn’t expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes.
The buyer is fully responsible for these fees.
