All decals and stickers are waterproof. However, they are not dishwasher safe. If vinyl or stickers are applied to dishware or tumblers, please gently handwash items.

Bowl cozies and Skillet Sleeves are handwash and air dry only to prevent shrinkage and disturbance of cotton batting inside the items. Cozies are made for microwave heating and not oven baking. A rotating base in microwave and two-minute intervals are recommended. Never leave microwave unattended. Skillet Sleeves are intended for skillet use and not the oven. Please do not leave Skillet Sleeves unattended while cooking.

Mail theft is a federal crime. Once a package's USPS tracking is marked as delivered, customers must contact the post office for GPS coordinates and provide a police report to receive a refund from Bumblebee Station.

Bumblebee Station will offer a replacement or refund for any items damaged in transit. Photographic proof of packaging and damages to item must be submitted, for items to be replaced or refunded.

Bumblebee Station is not responsible for items damaged by the customers themselves. Examples would be, placing a decal incorrectly, ripping a decal while removing from backer paper or removing transfer tape, or not following care instructions of vinyls or cozies.

Bumblebee Station is not responsible for items being delayed in transit. I do not offer refunds for shipping delays or guarantees of delivery times. Delivery dates stated by Etsy are estimates. I will work my hardest to get your items finished and, in the post, in most cases before the stated processing times. Once an item is in the hands of the shipping carrier, the speed at which it is delivered is out of my control. All items are dropped off at the post office within 24 hours of the shipping label being printed.
