The item was beautiful and well packaged. The perfect stocking stuffer, white elephant gift, or "just because" gift. The seller was so thoughtful and helpful and responsive. When I expressed dismay that the item would not arrive when I needed it (I had not read the description carefully) and asked to cancel, seller offered me the choice of cancellation or free upgrade on shipping. It was so kind, and the item arrived in time. Thank you so much for your kindness!

The item was exactly as described -- really beautiful and charming. But even more outstanding than the beautiful crystals was the customer service. When I expressed concern about the item arriving later than I expected, seller immediately upgraded shipping at no cost to me and ensured that the item arrived in time. She also offered a refund if the timing wasn't right. What a kind and thoughtful person.
