We stock ChiaoGoo Knitting Needles including ChiaoGoo Twist Mini IC, Shorties, ChiaoGoo Red Lace Knitting Needles, addi Knitting Needles, Knitter's Pride Knitting Needles and much more! We are authorized retailers for all of our products.
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received by 10:00 AM Pacific Time ship out the same day, otherwise they ship out the next business day. Orders received after 10:00 AM Pacific Time on Friday ship out the following Monday.
No shipping (closed) Saturday, Sunday and USA Federal Postal Holidays.

SHIPPING - USPS Ground Advantage (Replacing First Class 7/9/23) Flat Rate shipping $3.99 on orders under $35.00 after any discount applied to your order (can contain multiple items).
Orders over $35 after any discounts ship Free USPS Ground Advantage (Replacing First Class 7/9/23). Optional Priority Mail shipping upgrade available at checkout.
Orders over $100 may ship with signature confirmation for delivery. Please let us know if this is a problem for you.
RETURNS - Returns NOT accepted on open and used items including knitting and crochet sets. If you have any questions regarding your order, product inquiries or issues please send us a message.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns. No refund on original shipping charges. We do not exchange items due to the high cost of re-sending items, sorry about that. You will be refunded for your item(s) once we receive it back so that you can re-order what you like. If you refuse delivery of your order, no refund of your original shipping charge.
Please Note: Manufacturer's DO NOT offer lifetime warranty's on their products. Manufacturers offer a warranty on their products against manufacturing related defects.
Their guarantee does NOT cover normal “wear and tear”, misuse or abuse. No product replacements for damage caused by needles or hooks subjected to undue stress such as severe pressure.
Due to the nature of wood, metal and on-going use, the printed size may wear off the wooden or metal portion of the needle and cords with use. Please note that this is not indicative of any defect in the product, and will not be considered a cause for replacement.
