Most items are made to order using the beads I have in stock when your order is made. Your items will be the same colors as the listing description/sample photos but may include other types of beads. The exact shade may differ due to screen settings and variations in bead/enamel/resin batches.

Orders with special requests, proofs, etc may be rescheduled if needed. A remake fee will apply if changes are requested after a proof is provided.

*Child's xsmall fits most kids 2-3 years old and has an inside diameter of about 4.75 inches.
*Child's small fits most kids 4-5 years old and has an inside diameter of about 5 inches.
*Child's average fits most kids 6-8 years old and has an inside diameter of about 5.5-5.75 inches.
*Child's large fits most kids 9-13 years old and has an inside diameter of about 6 inches.

Stretch cord - Stretch out the stretch cord a bit before using if the knots slip. And make sure the final knot is tight.
Ball chain connectors - I always send extras so try those first. If the ends are too small, just poke the end with a metal charm or ball point pen to open it up a tiny bit.
