Not at all what I ordered or expected.

Dear Sarah, we are sorry that the dress you received apparently didn’t meet your expectations. Our photos faithfully present the dres—with the proper material color and flowers in different colors. Admittedly, every client’s experience is different. However, we have made and shipped this dress several times already and never have we ever had any complaints about colors or fit. I personally control all sewing process. We promptly wrote you back that we could come up with alternate solutions to the situation, but we needed your photos for that. Also, we pointed out that we needed them as soon as possible, while we had time to make the alterations. We even agreed to cover the cost of our work and the fastest/most expensive delivery. However, you didn’t reply until two weeks later.
