We do not accept returns or accept exchanges for personalized ornaments.

However, if an item has been delivered with an error (script/handwriting) we will gladly send off a complementary corrected ornament the next business day.

PLEASE make sure the address you have is Current and Correct as this will hold up the shipping process to contact the buyer and make the changes.

We are not able to alter the design, shape as they are produced with production assistance. However we can make adjustments on colors to some of the Ornaments.

We customize the ornaments by inscribing on them with special set pens and paint pens. We add embellishments, custom paint color changes for certain ornaments not all, glitter, fabric/material, gemstones to some designs we also customize by adding additional porcelain or resin pieces like pets "dog bones"
