Iberostar Bouganville Playa

Staff, service, food and cleanliness superb. Only minor criticism was the minimal space for storage for two people for a fortnight. Suggest perhaps a set of drawers under the vanity top. Excellent location.

Took our boys who had recently turned 18 they enjoyed the close proximity to the bars and top night clubs. Hotel fab location, really good food. The only downside is they stop serving alcohol around 11:30 pm ish and they have open a paying bar which I thought was unfair especially if you pay all inclusive. Also they regularly walk round and remove beach towels from unoccupied sunbeds, after 45 mins. We were not aware and only left ours to go for lunch and then they were gone and we never got these back! Great location great food overall and fabulous swimming pool.

Hotel is lovely and the restaurant on site is great. We were really pleased with how great the meals were for both breakfast and evening meals. The staff were fantastic and always glad to help with a smile. Only thing was the distance from the main town. Not ideal for walking so taxi there and back which is only 5 euro each way. Views are amazing though from the hotel

We had a fantastic time at the Bouganville.Our first time was in 2004, and this time was the best we have had. Food was great with plenty of variety, room had a sea view, and the cleanliness of the hotel was superb. We will return.

This is a real four star hotel compared to other 4 star hotels, rooms spacious, food excellent, great location. Have stayed here several times and never disappointed. Would recommend without hesitation.

We have stayed here twice this year, first as a couple , then with a family group. The accommodation is spotless, the staff welcoming and helpful and we enjoyed the wide variety of food offered in our all inclusive deal. As we move out of the worst of the pandemic this hotel with its restrictions was just what we needed. Well done to the staff and management. We certainly hope to be back.

Third visit and it just gets better. From arriving to leaving the staff here cannot do enough for you. From extra pillows to gluten free and vegetarian food options its a thumbs up. Lovely to see Domingo,Pedro,victoria again. Also huge thank you to Beatrix for helping us out with the pillows. Looking forward to going back very soon.

I travelled in May with my partner and in laws, this was my eighth visit to this hotel and second since the beginning of the pandemic. We arrrived later than expected but were well catered for by the reception staff and although the restaurant was closed a cold buffet was made available to us. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the food is excellent and caters for all tastes. All the staff are very attentive and friendly which made for a great relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend.

This was our first visit to the Bouganville Playa in Costa Adeje. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of all the staff we met. The only downside is a personal one, we found the hotel too large and busy, we are used to smaller places. The breakfast choices however was excellent and I'm quite sure we will be back at some point.

Good to be back after a 2-year break. The hotel did its best to maintain standards although it seemed a bit short of staff at times; the staff as ever are wonderful and deserve the fullest praise. Very good indeed
