Do you take commissions?
Yes! Please contact me with your request and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Custom and personalised orders
You can change the wording on any of my prints or cards, just add a note when ordering of the text you would like and this will be changed for you.
Can I buy a digital print?
I can offer digital printable jpegs for all of my designs. If you have not seen a drawing that is already available as a digital download please contact me.
How do you package your orders?
All cards and prints will arrive packed in a clear bio-degradable / compostable sleeve, within in a sturdy envelope to ensure the print reaches you in perfect condition. These bags are as green as you can get and offer a viable environmentally friendly alternative to polypropylene.

Can you send the card straight to the recipient?
Yes! Simply add a ‘note to seller’ at checkout with your personalised message. I can print this message inside the card for you and send the card straight to the recipient. Please make sure the delivery address is the recipients address.
Do you offer wholesale at all?
Yes, I do supply to trade customers! If you are interested in becoming a stocklist please contact me with your request and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I change the address?
We will always ship orders to the address given on Etsy. Please double check the address you enter is correct and let us know of any changes to be made BEFORE we have posted the item. We are not responsible for any orders that do not arrive due to an incorrect address and we are not liable to send the order again in this instance.
Can I upgrade postage?
Yes, all UK post is sent by standard Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-4 Business Days). If you would like to upgrade postage to Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 Business Days) you can do this at checkout (on the mobile app you may need to select the three dots at checkout to change delivery).
