If you are using a highly pigmented soap for decorative purposes over long periods of time – it may leave discoloration that will need to be washed away.

Please, understand that we will attempt to be as consistent and close to your order request as possible. However, these products are handmade, and some variations in color and weight may occur. Therefore, the sample colors and weights in the listings are approximated.

We can assure you that we leave ourselves ample time to complete our work - even leaving some extra time if something unforeseen should occur. However, there may be communication needed throughout the process that can slow your order if ignored. Our goal is that every order arrives early.

That being said... please, please, order well in advance.

Although the packages will get out on time, there may be some delays with the carriers beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

We add no surprises to the soaps. It is the soap base as per the listing, the colorant, and the essential oil scents. Maybe some biodegradable glitter/extras upon request. We would hate for anyone to suffer from any allergic reaction due to their order or any of our sample products. Please discard or re-gift anything extra received if you are sensitive to essential oils or perfumes and do not let us know ahead of time.

Contact Shop Fate Cypher for ingredient lists for your order ahead of time if you have any concerns. She will work with you to make adjustments if needed. We are happy to ensure our products are safe and comfortable for everyone to the best of our ability.

If the personalization and comment fields are blank, we will message the buyer for the missing details. If we do not hear back within three days of contact, we will assume the customization options to be "Surprise me!" and proceed with the order. Thus, The Shop Fates will determine your soap's destiny.

Please, be aware that the soap base you choose will affect the color we can produce. Soap bases vary in color and can weaken the dyes significantly.

If the color is important to you, please consider this.

Any metallic, glitter, or sparkle colorings are best suited for clear bases. Although very muted, these will show up on white bases. Please, be aware that they may not shimmer at their full potential beneath a heavy white base.

We do take larger orders for events.

Please, keep in mind that most of our line is custom and made to order. Therefore, we do request to be contacted well in advance for such orders. The time frame that we will need per order will be on a case-by-case basis, depending on the customization, materials, and mold.

Event planning can be stressful, and we would love nothing more than to be the least stressful part. This is why we request to be contacted in advance and quote estimates after acquiring all the details.

-If the soap bar has required options for the material/soap base being used, select "Surprise Me." Then, in the Personalization field, write "VEGAN/Clear" OR "VEGAN/White" for the color of the soap base you wish to select.

-If the soap you chose has no material/soap base options required, then you only need to write "VEGAN."

Then, write your color options for the soap bar(s).
