*Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include Weekends or Holidays. I will do my best to ship items sooner, when possible. Custom or larger orders may take slightly longer. Please message me if you need an item sooner, and we can discuss a rush order option.

I cannot accept returns on custom or personalized or custom orders.
Every custom order is non-refundable and non-returnable. Once you have selected the colors you want for your item and your custom order listing is created the sale is final. There will be no substitutions, exchanges, or refunds. If you choose you want different colors after the supplies have been purchased and the product is complete you will be charged for a new listing. I apologize for any inconvenience, but supplies cost me money and orders consume hours and days of my time in which I can be fulfilling other paid orders.
Any other returns can be discussed via a private message. I cannot and will not return any item that appears to be used or in any other condition than brand new! Seasonal items are also under discretion. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on holiday/seasonal items once that holiday has passed.

Once the item leaves the Sheepish Stitches headquarters, we unfortunately have no control over the item through shipping. We do our best to package items appropriately with cost effectiveness to the buyer in mind. Some items such as pom poms, stuffies/toys, etc. MAY need a bit of re-fluffing/shaping.

I highly suggest to give this is a try, and Contact Etsy support is this doesn’t work for you! Per Etsy, I will not personally email ANY file to any purchaser. Etsy has the file to fulfill your order upon successfully purchasing the pattern and they will be able to locate your file if my directions do not work:
• Go to etsy.com on your computer
• On the top right, click your avatar labeled "You"
• From the dropdown, select "Purchases and reviews"
• You should see all patterns here, with a "Download Files" button off to the right
