***I CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY CHANGES AFTER THE INITIAL ORDER IS PLACED. I WILL TRY TO ACCOMODATE THEM, BUT THE ONLY WAY TO GUARANTEE THE CHANGES IS TO REORDER THE ITEM AND NOTIFY ME SO THAT I MAY CANCEL THE WRONG ORDER AND REFUND.

***PLEASE leave QUESTIONS by sending me a message. Questions are to be sent via Etsy Messaging and are answered promptly. I do not read the notes to seller until ready to stamp, therefore, when you ask to have items early, etc., it is too late. ;-( Also, simply leaving a note saying "this is when I need it" does not make it happen. I process all orders by date of purchase UNLESS you have purchased the priority or express production/shipping listing. I simply do not feel it is fair to put anyone ahead of another customer. When the expedited production listings are purchased, I stay in the shop after hours to make it happen, which is reflected in the listing price.

****Need a rush order? Express Production can be found in the Add On Section of the shop. Priority and Express shipping is available upon checkout, but please note adding expedited shipping DOES NOT AFFECT PRODUCTION TIME. Feel free to message me with any questions you may have.

****I love to work with customers on creating just the right item for their tastes. Please feel free to message me with any ideas or variations that you may have. All orders are crafted as close as possible to samples shown UNLESS customer CONTACTS SHOP requesting changes. This includes fonts and design. Tags that have size options may incur a slight variation due to available space. Custom work is what I like doing best!
