At Nana Bijou our goal is to make affordable merchandise of the best quality as all pieces are proudly handmade in the USA. All of our fine jewelry is made of SOLID 14k Gold and our diamonds are always of the best quality, GVS1 diamonds. 5 out of 5 starsShipping issue wasn’t the shop’s fault but my package went all over the US before it was finally delivered here. USPS needs to figure out where their items are being delivered and be more cautious of where items are going.

Shipping Methods
WE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER $500 (unless requested otherwise or if the package is marked as a gift), in order to prevent the package from getting lost or stolen in the mail. Please make note of this when entering your 'Ship To' address.
Should you feel that the Required Signature is not necessary, kindly leave a note stating "No Signature Requirement" in the 'Note to Seller' section upon checking out. However, all orders valued over $500.00 that are sent out with FedEx expedited shipping (i.e. Overnight, 2Day, etc...) cannot be shipped without a signed requirement upon delivery due to insurance purposes.

Returns & Exchanges
We are not responsible for the shipping fees of returning items. The customer MUST contact us within the 3 day window (starting from the delivery date reflected in the tracking) letting us know of the return, otherwise the return for a refund will not be accepted. No exceptions.
We do not accept any responsibility for refunding the returning item if the package gets damaged, lost or stolen while in transit to us.
If the item is returned worn or damaged from its original unused condition, based on the assessment of use, there will be a restocking fee of at least 30% (or greater).
All items purchased on sale or with a 3rd party discount or coupon code are only eligible for an exchange towards any other item(s) of equal or higher value.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our jewelry comes in professional Nana Bijou branded gift boxes. Depending on the purchase the item will be shipping in either a leatherette jewelry gift box with an outer protective cardboard box or velvet pouches with a protective outer cardboard box. Both ways are perfectly ready for gifting.
For an additional $5.00 fee, we would be more than happy to wrap the gift boxes with professional paper & ribbon wrapping upon the customer's request, which can be made upon the checkout process.
We will also gladly send the item with a hand written note on a stylish card upon request. Please leave this request in the "Note to Seller" section upon checking out of your shopping cart.
Order Cancellations
If an order is requested to be canceled 1 hour after the order is placed there will be a 25% to 45% restocking fee applied to the total refunded amount, depending on the time-frame for the cancellation request.
No exceptions.
Delay With Your Shipment
If your order has shipped and there is a delay with the package you must contact the shipping provider directly (i.e. FedEx or USPS) as I cannot give you any further information than what is already available by the carrier's tracking information.
Shipments on Orders Marked as a "Gift"
Due to the element of surprise when gifting a loved one, all orders marked as a "Gift" will be shipped without a required signature- unless requested otherwise by the purchaser. If the item is not marked as a "Gift," please note that we generally require a signature upon delivery for all order amounting to over $500.00 (unless requested otherwise by the customer), in order to prevent our packages from getting lost or stolen in the mail. If you would like for your purchase to be shipped without this requirement, kindly let us know in the "Note to Seller" section upon checkout or send us a direct message.
Items being shipped via FedEx Express amounting to over $1,000.00 must require a signature upon delivery due to insurance purposes.

Returns Past the 7 Day Window
There is a 35% restocking fee if a return is shipped back outside of the 7 day window, with previous correspondence.
If an item is shipped back without any notice or confirmation from our end, the package will be declined and returned to sender.
No exceptions.
Custom and personalized orders
All custom orders are final sale transactions. This includes but is not limited to nameplates , custom engraving, or items that are altered from the original design's form per the customer's request.

Orders Made During California's Statewide "Stay At Home" Order Due To Covid-19
Due to the current circumstances regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) all orders for items that are not in stock will have delayed production until further notice. All items that are located under our shop section titled "Ready to Ship Now!" will indeed be shipped out the same day your order is placed. As a result, we can no longer adhere to our normal lead times out of the growing concern for our team's health & safety. We love our customers but the safety of our team and our clients is of the utmost importance and we are taking all precautionary steps to protect both customers and our employees. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we are trying to do our best to maintain our business during this uncertain time.
Layaway Payments
We do offer layaway payment plans for any item(s) amounting to $500.00 or greater. Payments must be broken down to a monthly payment within a 3 month time-frame. All purchases under this plan are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged towards any other item of equal or higher value- as long as we are contacted within 3 days of delivery.
